Blue Mountains City of the Arts Grant Program 

The Blue Mountains City of the Arts Trust has developed a Quick Response Small Grant program to support the City's arts and creative sectors by providing financial assistance to Blue Mountains artists and arts organisations impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.

The program has $20,000 and eligible applicants can apply for up to $2,000 each. The grants are to support: 

  • the exploration of the creation and delivery of content for broad dissemination on digital platforms or
  • the creative development of new work/projects that can progress to presentation stage once COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.

Applications open on Thursday 7 May and close on Thursday 18 June 2020.

Completing the application form

You will need Adobe (Acrobat or Reader) to complete the fillable PDF Forms - like the 'Festival and Events Application'. Get the latest version of Adobe (Acrobat or Reader).

General information

The Blue Mountains City of the Arts Trust was created to build on the City’s reputation of being the State’s inaugural City of the Arts.

The Blue Mountains City Council is the Trustee and each year Council contributes $50,000 to the Trust to administer a grants program. The Trust Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the Blue Mountains City Council to support selected arts projects in the visual, performing and literary arts for the benefit of Blue Mountains residents.

The Trust can also receive donations to support arts and cultural activity within the Blue Mountains. It has Tax Deductible Gift Recipient status. ABN 74144673857
